GENERAL NOTES FOR PARENTS AND GUARDIANSSigning in and out on meeting daysWe just wanted to remind parents, there will be a Sign-in sheet we need to have parents sign-in and Sign-out their Recruit and Young Marine at each meeting, or YM activity. There will be a roster available with your YM name already printed, and a column for Parents to sign and list your contact phone # for "That" day. The primary reason for this is for the Safety of our Young Marines and to also have a confirmed contact # for "That" day if needed by Staff. (this is also an attendance reference for the YM records) We know our parents have a busy schedule so signing in your YM will be brief. Also, we appreciate your support in helping us. Arrival / Sign-inParents sign your name, and list your contact phone # for "That" Day. This is helpful in case we need to contact you during the day, from 9:00 - 3:00 pm. **Friend or Guardian.If someone else is dropping off your YM, they need to sign their name for your YM and also list the phone # for contact for "That" Day. Dismissal / Sign-out Please sign-out your YM and the time. **Friend or Guardian. If you aren't able to pick-up your YM, and have someone else designated to pick them up, please list their name in the "Additional Comments" column. (Updated 1-26-2007)
Young Marine and Recruit Closing CeremonyAfter each general meeting - all parents are encouraged to attend the YM Closing Ceremony at 2:45 to 3:00; to see YM receive ribbons, to hear special announcements and upcoming important dates, to meet the staff and to ask questions. (Updated 1-26-2007) |
